1. Students MUST be Age 21 or younger
2. Students MUST Have a valid Learner's Permit or Driver's License at the time of the class
3. Students under age 18 must have a completed parental consent form. Download it now!

Mail or fax the consent form to us. If you fax it, please also BRING the original to the class with you.
